Point One is a Bay Area contractor with over 25 years of experience. We have developed a deep understanding of various construction vertical markets, including Healthcare, Office/Interiors, Education (K-12), Hospitality, Higher Education, Aviation, Commercial, Pharmaceutical/Laboratory, Civic/Government, Utilities, Multi-Family, and Assisted Living. As we celebrate our 26th anniversary, we continue to lead the industry in developing design and construction solutions that meet job requirements and exceed performance expectations. Our expertise in Division 27 and 28 packaged systems has made us the preferred choice for our customers’ projects. We offer complete design-build services, including site evaluation, cost estimation, design development, as well as plan/specification construction. During the Covid Pandemic, we launched the “Family First” program, which brought our team together during this challenging time. We made the decision not to lay off any employees or cut salaries, prioritizing people over profit and reinforcing our company culture. We take pride in the fact that our employees consider this a great place to work, which drives our commitment. On a day-to-day basis, we prioritize proactive efforts, with an in-house safety program aimed at creating a safe environment for everyone. Our Point One Illness and Injury Prevention Program focuses on teaching best-in-class practices, eliminating hazards and unsafe acts in the workplace. This program continues to evolve and grow, along with other efforts. Our ability to work directly with building/business owners and general/electrical contractors enables us to provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our end users.
